After graduating from Geneva College in 1992, Kenneth P. Seitz went on to earn a law degree from Hamline University School of Law in Minnesota in 1997, with a focus on bankruptcy and agricultural law. Upon completing law school, Kenny passed the bar exam and began a distinguished legal career.

Starting out in the Clearfield County Public Defender’s Office, Kenny served the local community for four years. During this time, Kenny also collaborated with Mid Penn Legal Services, providing pro bono bankruptcy assistance.

In 2001, Kenny transitioned to a prominent bankruptcy law firm in Pittsburgh, where he continued to hone his expertise. This experience paved the way for Kenny to establish their own bankruptcy law office on October 1, 2010. Over the past 25+ years, this firm has grown and thrived under Kenny’s leadership to include 4 offices across Johnstown, Clearfield, Somerset, and Punxsutawney, PA.
