For our clients who have retained our office and are currently paying their legal/filing fees, you are still able to make payments and/or send documents to our office. Johnstown Area – If you are in close proximity to our Johnstown office, you are able to slide payments under our door. Our door is locked and your payment will be safely secured until we retrieve the payment from the office.

Your Section 341 Meeting of Creditors will be conducted via telephone to comply with social distancing guidelines. Our office will contact you prior to advise of documentation that will be needed prior to the meeting. Attorney Kenny Seitz will contact you prior to the meeting to answer any questions that you may have and to prep you for the meeting.

Please complete your Post Credit Counseling as soon as possible.

CHAPTER 13 PLANS

Per the CARES Act, clients with confirmed Chapter 13 Plans prior to March 27, 2020, are able to modify their plan term wherein extend for up to an additional 2 years.
